Purdy-Sano bridge FEMA money is in hand, nine years later 2019-02-21 - Adair County Courthouse Annex, Columbia, KY - Photo by Tiffany Kessler, columbiamagazine.com. Diligence pays off. Mike Keltner, Adair County Emergency Management Director, and Melinda Quinn, County Treasurer, were definitely relieved after the last payment from FEMA arrived this month. Though applied for in 2010, Keltner had worked on the original request for $97,000 since 2015.
