This beautiful calf was just about to head out the back door when it turned towards me just at the right time. I especially like the pose it struck and the right amount of light that illuminated the calf and revealed some of the multi, pastel coloring of the interior walls. The Cows At Milltown, Adair County, Kentucky, Part 1 2019-04-01 - Milltown, KY - Photo by Robert Ellis. This was my second attempt at trying to compose an interesting pic of this old structure that sits right along the road in Milltown. Surely it's a familiar sight to the local residents, and it would be interesting to know a little more about the building. During my first visit the cows weren't present so I had only the building to focus my attention on. Fortunately for this trip the cows aided in composing an interesting photo. To add to the drama, the Black Brahma(?) Bull in the field came over to the fence and was sniffing my arm as I was trying to take the shot. Photo taken this past weekend. --ROBERT ELLIS.
