Adair County Judge Executive Gale Cowan allowed the Magistrates to make the decision as to whether to give keys to Farmers Market directors for the holiday weekend. After a brief discussion with coordinators Donna Jones and Darrell Bunnell who were present at yesterday's special called Fiscal Court meeting, the court voted unanimously to give keys for Saturday, April 20, 2019, a Saturday which would normally find the Annex building closed for the holiday, to the Market leaders.
