Former Columbia Mayor Curtis Hardwick, at left, was recognized for his three terms of service as chairman of the Lake Cumberland ADD at Thursday's banquet. To his right are Sharon and Phyllis Payne, Linda Waggener and Victoria Browning Pike. Sharon was recognized as an executive board member and Vicky was recognized as a member of the senior citizens council on aging.

Kentucky State Senator Max Wise was the guest speaker at the 2019 Lake Cumberland Area Development District (LCADD) banquet Thursday, September 26, 2019. His 16th District includes seven of the ADD's ten counties - Adair, Clinton, Cumberland, McCreary, Russell, Taylor, and Wayne Counties. He was introduced by ADD Executive Director Darryl McGaha seated at his right.
