Saturday's weather prediction means FM2 will be closed
2019-10-24 - Corner Merchant and Campbellsville Streets, Columbia, KY - Photo by Linda Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com. The warm sunshine and booths of last Saturday's Farmers Market on the Square is the last one for the season according to co-director Donna Jones. She says the predicted heavy rains and small supplies of vegetables of the season discouraged the vendors from opening one last Saturday. With their thanks to all, they will see everyone in April, 2020.

Richard Phelps as Benjamin Franklin
2019-10-23 - Columbia, KY - Photo by Angela Dean. Bradley Stephens writes, "The students and staff at Adair Youth Development Center would like to thank Mr. Richard Phelps for coming to our facility today and portraying one of America's founding fathers, Benjamin Franklin. Mr. Phelps is well known for his local historical portrayals of some of Columbia's founding fathers. This was his first portrayal of a national historical figure, and Mr. Phelps did a fantastic job of entertaining all that attended."
