At the November, 2019 City Council meeting John Rarey presented a request for a new vote on what he called the "Planning and Zoning issue that wouldn't go away". Research had resulted in the belief that the lot, being adjacent to a commercial property, a trailer court with 16 homes on it, would have to be zoned commercial. He presented a map of the neighborhood from the PVA showing that the Brockman property joins the rental court.
