Here, he is pictured at the recent grand re-opening of the business. Writer and family member Christopher Rowe wrote on his 90th birthday in 2015, "Mr. Rich is an accomplished musician, a longtime church leader at Barnett's Creek United Methodist Church, a hunter, a farmer, an expert University of Kentucky basketball fan, and a World War II era veteran. He is the patriarch of a large family of talented and attractive descendants, all of whom love him very much." Dewey Acree is at left, and Danny Cowan is on the right.
