Have you made your donation at the Adair Public Library in the 2019 "drop your drawers" program? The program is from the children's book Captain Underpants. The mission is to provide new pairs of underwear, for both boys and girls, sizes 4 to 16, to children who may need them during school hours. It was about this time over ninety years ago that a 9-year-old Robert Pershing Wadlow ran up to Santa Claus on the sidewalk to tell him about his Christmas list.
