Tourism Board to elect new officers at March meeting

Sue Stivers, center, announced at the Columbia-Adair County Tourism Commission meeting last evening that it's time to elect new officers and she'd like to begin her retirement as Chair. After a brief discussion and a volunteer or two stepped up, Vice Chair David Butler, to her right, moved that final voting take place at the next meeting. From left are Board Members Marla Shelley, Danny Reeves, treasurer Pam Hancock, Stivers and Butler, secretary Amy Mitchum and Caleb Irvin.
