Positive Cases: 104
Note: Data includes confirmed cases of COVID-19 reported to the The Kentucky Department for Public Health (KDPH) at 4:30pmCT/5:30pmET daily.
The KDPH site states re the Coronavirus/COVID-19 that "Our State Health Operations Center is operating at Level 1, its highest activation level. This respiratory disease was first detected in a Kentucky resident on March 6, 2020."

Gabby Salyers won in regionals on two paintings
 2020-03-23 - Hart County, KY - Photo from Cayce Davenport, ACHS Visual Art Teacher. Two works by ACHS art student Gabby Salyers were awarded top honors in the Caveland Regional High School Art Competition held before the break. Between her two paintings - interior of a cave, at left, and bulldog, on the right - she received honors of first and second in painting and third place in drawing among the ten county schools participating.

Ashton Flatt's winner in Regional competition

Ashton Flatt won first place in the recent Caveland Regional High School Art Competition in mixed media with her purple image with girl and hearts. She and several other ACHS art students participated and placed in the regionals, and six will be going into the state compeition.

Ella Killgallin's winning regional art

Ella Killgallin received a first place in ceramics with her enchanting ceramic fairy cottage. She and several other ACHS art students participated, and won honors, in the Caveland Regional High School Art Competition held before the break.
Given the current circumstances surrounding the coronavirus, the KyAEA is hosting virtual/digital Regional and State shows online for the ten counties that make up the Caveland Region.
