Billy Joe writes, "I've done well over 200 Kentucky Color's during the years thanks to my friend Ed's encouragement and the continuing support of Ed's family and the local phenomenon, Columbia Magazine. Usually no more than a few days goes by that I don't strike up a conversation with someone I do not know and when we get around to introducing ourselves, they immediately blurt out, 'you're that uh, that uh, that uh, Columbia Magazine guy!' Often they are so kind as to tell me how much they enjoy my 'stuff'. I am so blessed to be a part of a couple of things bigger than myself, Columbia Magazine and the amazing collection of plants, animals and people who are the guts and glory of the Great Wooded South.
