Big Al heading for three-million miles of driving
2025-07-01 - Photo from personal collection.
Al Owens shared a very special anniversary, "21 years ago today I started a life changing career in the trucking industry. I was a middle aged man who had not been able to find steady work that fulfilled me. But here I was comfortable and happy.
I have had the opportunity to see the lower 48, every major city, and do things with my life that I never dreamed I could accomplish. I have been very fortunate in my life and my beautiful wife Denise Railley Owens has helped us achieve the American Dream. Later this year I will have driven 3 million miles helping to make this beautiful country keep striving to be a World leader."
