Fresh herbs and vegetables at the LWC ISP House
2021-04-27 - Columbia, KY - Photo by Sabine Eastham. Sabine writes, "Derby Day is almost here - it has been noted that this weekend is our best bet to start planting outdoors safely. Faith Kirabo, from Kampala/Uganda, the incoming President of the United Nations Club at Lindsey Wilson College did just that. On April 27, 2021, on a beautiful sunny afternoon, she helped plant Spring onions, Parsley, Oregano, Basil and Tomatoes; Chive and Lettuce will be added hopefully tomorrow. Faith did a wonderful job and is already looking forward to being able to eat fresh herbs and vegetables throughout the season."
