New at the Jim Blair Park & Recreation Center 2021-02-06 - Adair County, KY - Photo from the office of Adair County Judge Executive . Two full sized outdoor Basketball courts and a Pickleball court are open to the public at the Jim Blair Park and Recreation Center, Hudson Street in Columbia. There's no net yet on the Pickleball court but anyone is welcome to bring a portable net until one is installed. The Center is now available for rentals at 50% capacity.
