Vicky writes, "The overpass above the Cumberland Parkway looking north shows how serious the roads are this afternoon. Further out toward the Flatwoods is more ice covered. I would not suggest unless you have to that you get out. I was loaded with 1200 lbs of feed for the girls and creeping along. The Parkway, which is the Priority 1 Route is moving along.
