New Genealogy building beside ACPL

The new Genealogy building, at right, is shown from the expanded parking area in back of the Adair County Public Library at left. Director Lee Ann Jessie declared the new building fully completed and open to the public. She said, "Now we want everyone to use and enjoy it."

ACPC Little Indians learn about environment

Grant helps get new bleachers at Blair Park

Dwayne Litton with KACo presented Adair County Judge Executive Gale Cowan with a check Wednesday morning for the safety grant that was used to purchase two sets of aluminum bleachers for the softball field at the Jim Blair Park, 901 Hudson Street, Columbia. KACo is the Kentucky Association of Counties. Litton is the Safety and Loss Control Specialist with KACo.
