Sign update proposed on Greensburg Road 2021-07-12 - Adair County, KY - Photo Gabe Coleman. Eagle Scout Gabe Coleman provided a proposal to the Columbia City Council at its July meeting toward his goal for a replacement of a fading sign across from Blair Park on Greensburg Road. This is a drawing of his proposed sign. He asked for permission for Scouts and volunteers (under his leadership) to do the physical work of removal of the old and replacement of the new, and for the City to pay only for materials.
