Woody Sharpe is moving from his position as United Citizens Bank vice president and branch manager, to City government as announced by Mayor Pam Hoots at Monday night's Council meeting. The vote will take place at next month's meeting. He will replace City Clerk Rhonda Loy at her retirement October 1, 2021 and become the leader of the staff that manages the business of the City of Columbia.
