The first writers event was sponsored by the Adair County Arts Council, led and organized by writer, painter, educator Darlene Campbell. She said reviews were very favorable and she hopes this can be one of many such events to encourage writers in Adair County.

Drop box for new Adair tax and license fees

Sheila Blair announced a new drop box has been installed in the Adair County 911 building entryway for depositing payroll tax payments and/or license fee payments. The small flap under the wall hanging is located to the right as you enter the entry lobby at 107 N High Street, in Columbia.
