LWC Bowling opens season at the Cardinal Classic

The Lindsey Wilson men and women's bowling teams open the 2018-19 season at the two day Cardinal Classic, which begins on Saturday at Muncie Lanes, 601 E 26th St, Muncie, IN.


The Blue Raider women turned in eight top-10 finishes in 2017-18, including five top-five finishes. The Lindsey Wilson women finished fifth in the Mid-South Conference during the 2017-18 season. The team returns two Academic All-MSC bowlers in Kelsey Grayson and Taylor Warren. Mid-South Conference coaches picked the Lindsey Wilson women's team to finish fifth in the 11-team conference in 2018-19.

The Lindsey Wilson men's team tallied eight top-10 finishes in 2017-18. The Blue Raider men had a season-best third-place finish at the Martin Methodist Baker Classic. The Blue Raider men finished third in the MSC last season. The team returns Second Team All-MSC bowler Jonah Anderson as well as All-MSC bowler Kahala Glover.

Mid-South Conference coaches picked Lindsey Wilson's men's team to finish third in the 10-team conference.
