Update in the hunt for fugitive Shawn Christy, New Link Posted Fri 9 Sep 2018

The story has been fading day-by-day in South Central Kentucky, where one month ago fear gripped the populace and 'sightings' were reported everywhere. Now the focus has shifted hundreds of miles northeast, and the search for Shawn Christy is center stage again, with new developments in the past four days in Schuykill & Luzerne Counties, Pennsylvania in recent days, according to links which follow.

It's been a month since excitement peaked in search for fugitive Shawn Christy in the Adair County community of Clay Ridge, when a CM Timeline with several links to stories leading up to the August 9, 201 story on CM of from the Kentucky State Police showing surveillance camera footage of what appears to show Christy breaking into the home of Dakota Meyer's brother, Timothy Gilliam, on Brockman Keltner Road, in Adair County. Since that time the story has faded from mind, somewhat, in South Central Kentucky. Center of search activity in Luzerne County, PA, is some 11 hours from Columbia, KY, from Columbia, KY, according to Google Maps. It is adjacent to Schuylkill County, PA, where Christy's 2,300 population hometown, McAdoo, PA is located.
