LWC Invite opens Mon 3 Sep 2018 at The Pines at Lindsey Wilson Men's and Women's golf teams from eight NAIA schools will participate Click on headline for complete story By Benjamin Riegger COLUMBIA, KY - (Sun 02 Sep 2018) -The Lindsey Wilson men and women's golf teams open up the 2018 season with the Lindsey Wilson Fall Invite begins at 9amCT, Monday and Tuesday, Setember 3 & 4, at the Pines at Lindsey Wilson, 275 Country Club Road, Columbia, KY. Campbellsville (KY), Oakland City (IN), Midway (KY), Huntington (IN), Marian (IN), West Virginia Tech and Indiana Tech, along with the Blue Raiders, are scheduled to participated in the two-day tournament. The No. 22-ranked Lindsey Wilson women received 143 points in the NAIA Preseason Coaches' Top 25 Poll. The Blue Raiders were picked to finish second in the Mid-South Conference this season. The Blue Raiders finished third and return four golfers who finished in the top 25 at the conference championship last season. The Blue Raider women ended their season finishing 22nd out 30 teams at NAIA National Championship. The No. 24-ranked Lindsey Wilson men received 110 points in the NAIA Preseason Coaches' Top 25 Poll. The Blue Raiders are also picked to finish second in the MSC this year. Last season, Lindsey Wilson finished third at the MSC Conference Championship and return three golfers who finished in the top 25 at the conference championship.
