Natalie Vickous is LWC contact person for student partners

LWC's Natalie Vickous is the contact person for exploring possible partnerships with Lindsey Wilson College students in capacity-building roles.

By Linda Waggener

Natalie Vickous, Lindsey Wilson College Director of Civic Engagement and Bonner Program Director, presented information about her program at the monthly WATCH Coalition meeting at the Adair Health Department August 9, 2018.

She has the challenge of matching needs of community organizations to those of Lindsey students and facilitating connections and partnerships between the two.

Vickous shared that the college students can gain valuable real-world experience connected with their studies at the same time community organizations can utilize the talents and energy of LWC students to fill capacity-building needs at their organization.

If a community organization is interested in pursuing the possibility of partnering with Lindsey Wilson College students in capacity-building roles, she said she would be happy to meet to discuss options and map out what that might look like at their organization. She can be reached at (270) 384-7469.
