Southern Lincoln County in central Kentucky... Central Russell County in south central Kentucky... Southern Casey County in central Kentucky... Metcalfe County in south central Kentucky... Adair County in south central Kentucky... Until 645 PM EDT/545 PM CDT. At 444 PM EDT/344 PM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. These slow-moving storms may cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Liberty, Columbia, Jamestown, Edmonton, Russell Springs, Crab Orchard, Pickett, Cundiff, Absher and Teddy. An additional inch of rainfall is possible over the next hour.
