CMS students to attend Rogers Explorers program this summer By Calen McKinney Campbellsville Middle School eighth-graders Rylee Petett, Kaylyn Smith, Lainey Watson, Sarah Adkins and Peyton Dabney have been chosen to attend the Rogers Explorers program this summer. Petett and Smith will attend at LWC. Watson and Adkins will attend at Union College. Dabney will attend at Asbury. The Rogers Explorers program is an intensive three-day, two-night program focused on cultivating skills in leadership, technology, math, science and community service.It is developed, coordinated and supervised by The Center for Rural Development. A total of 210 students from The Center's 45-county service area have been chosen to attend. The programs will be hosted at Asbury, Eastern Kentucky and Morehead State universities, Union College, University of the Cumberlands, Lindsey Wilson College and University of Pikeville.
