The Adair County Courthouse Annex Basement, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY, will be open as a shelter during the storms. Because of the storm, the doors to the Annex will to be open continuously this afternoon, instead of being locked at 4pmCT. www.read.gov/tornadoes provides tornado safety information.
