Frances Gadberry Antle, Adair County, KY (1935-2018)

She was a a devout Christian. She was member of Jamestown Church of Christ, and a house wife. She loved the Lord, loved reading the Bible & loved her family. She was a member of a beloved South Adair County, KY, family. She was the daughter of the late Joe Lee & Eva Mae McFarland Gadberry of Gadberry, Adair County, KY. Her husband, Kenton Antle, survives. She leaves one direct living descendants.

Frances Antle age 82 years of Columbia, KY,passed away Thursday, March 29, 2018 at 3pmCT, at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville, KY.

Funeral service Sunday, April 1, 2018 at 2pmCT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY, with Scott Eubank the officiating clergy. Interment in Haven Hill Cemetery, 1276 Liberty Road, Columbia, KY. Visitation will be 4pm-8pmCT, Saturday, March 31, 2018, and after 7amCT, Sunday until the funeral hour.



Pallbearers: Rodney Turner, Mark Hale, Sammy Loy, Dwight Gossage, Greg Brown and Dennis Withers.

She was born on May 22, 1935 at Gadberry, Adair County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Joe Lee & Eva Mae McFarland Gadberry. She died Thursday, March 29, 2018, in Danville, Boyle County, KY, at the age of 82 years, 10 months, and seven days.

She was preceded in death by one brother Joseph Allan Gadberry on July 1, 2017.

She is survived by her husband Kenton Antle of Columbia, KY, and the following:
  • One son: Brett (Lisa) Antle of Nicholasville, KY

  • Two sisters: Alice Gadberry of Columbia, KY; and Elaine Turner of Columbia, KY

  • Niece, nephew, other relatives & friends survive.
