CMS and CHS students attend journalism workshop at CU

Campbellsville middle and high school students attended the Kentucky High School Journalism Association workshop on Thursday, March 15.

Campbellsville University's Department of Mass Communication sponsors the event, which takes place each year on the CU campus.

Students attended workshop sessions to learn about broadcasting, graphic design, photojournalism, editing, film criticism, sports media, mass media ethics, screen acting, public relations, social media, copyediting and more.



CMS students attending the workshop include eighth-graders Myricle Gholston, Blake Settle and Karley Morris.

CHS students attending include freshman Taylor Knight, sophomores Zoe McAninch and Gracyne Hash and senior Austin Fitzgerald.
