East 80 collision claims lives of Columbian and Russell Countian Details remain sketchy, but coroners offices have released the names of two who lost their lives as a result of the collision. The second victim, Dwight Banks, 60, Russell Springs, KY, was pronounced deceased by Casey County Coroner Curt Demrow at 3:20pmCT/4:20ET at the Casey County Hospital ER, Liberty, KY.
