She was of the Church of God faith and was a longtime cook in the Russell County School System. She was the daughter of the late Amelia Wilkinson & Owen Wilkinson. She was the matriarch of a respected family which includes three daughters and two sons. She was a native of Casey County, KY. Her final resting place will be in Jamestown, Russell County, KY.

Mary Alice (Wilkinson) Clayton, 84, died Monday, December 11, 2017 at Fairoaks Health System, Jamestown, KY. Funeral services will be at 12pmCT, Friday, December 15, 2017 at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY. Visitation will be 11am-12pmCT, Friday December 15, 2017, at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in the Jamestown City Cemetery, 201 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY.

She was born on Friday, September 08, 1933 in Liberty, Casey County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Amelia Wilkinson & Owen Wilkinson. She died Monday, December 11, 2017, in Jamestown, Russell County, KY, at the age of 84 years, three months, and four days.

She was of the Church of God faith and a long time cook in the Russell County School System

She is survived by:
  • Three daughters: Bernadette Setteducate, Ocala, FL; Beverly Hall, Broken Arrow, OK; and Jacquie Miller, Ocala, FL

  • Two sons: Thomas Clayton, Jamestown, KY and Carson Clayton, Bowling Green, KY
