Green County Grand Jury returns indictments Wed 6 Dec 2017

Indictments brought against 3 individuals from Greensburg, KY on charges including possession, cultivation of marijuana, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Green County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Wednesday, 6 December 2017:

  • Marla G. Jeffries (11/05/1968), Riverview St., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00075. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine). Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia buy/possess. Count 3 - Possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, drug unspecified. Bond set at $980 cash.

  • Darrell E. Judd (09/12/1960), Hwy 1464, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00077. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Convicted felon in possession of a handgun. Count 2 - Convicted felon in possession of a firearm. Same bond as in 17-CR-76-1.

  • Darrell E. Judd (09/12/1960), Hwy 1464, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00076-001. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in marijuana, 8oz or <5lbs, 1st offense, while in possession of a firearm. Count 2 - Marijuana cultivation, 5 or more plants, 1st offense, while in possession of a firearm. Count 3 - Drug paraphernalia buy/possess. Count 4 - Possession of marijuana. Bond set at $2,500 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Catherine Pica (02/21/1967), Hwy 1464, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 17-CR-00076-002. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in marijuana, 8oz or <5lbs, 1st offense, while in possession of a firearm. Count 2 - Marijuana cultivation, 5 or more plants, 1st offense, while in possession of a firearm. Count 3 - Drug paraphernalia buy/possess. Count 4 - Possession of marijuana. Bond set at $2,500 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.
