The Adair County Fiscal Court unanimously approved the Nuisance Report presented Tuesday night, November 14, 2017, as follows:
"The Nuisance Committee met at 9amCT, October 20, 2017, in the Annex Building. Present were Judge Executive Michael Lee Stephens, C-Solid Waste Director Bridget Compton, and Magistrate Terry Hadley. After discussion of pending complaints as to who, where, the status, the committee adjourned."
The report was presented by Magistrate Terry Hadley (District 7); it was the only committee report presented at the meeting.
