LWC will also celebrate the 20th anniversary of the John B. Begley Chapel on Wednesday, October 18 at 10:45amCT. Chancellor and the sixth President of LWC, Dr. John B. Begley will speak at the celebration.

"It's hard to imagine that it's been 20 years since this beautiful building was dedicated in honor of our former president, Dr. John Begley," said LWC Director of Alumni Relations Randy Burns. "It is our honor for Dr. Begley to speak at this historic service. There is no doubt that it will be a special event for current students as well as for alumni of the last 20 years."

Homecoming will feature inaugural Alumni Day of Service

LWC 2017 Homecoming will also feature the inaugural Homecoming Alumni Day of Service, Saturday October 21, 2017 from 8am-10amCT at the LWC Bonner House, 203 Lindsey Wilson Street. "I've had countless alumni tell me how much they miss the opportunities to serve they experienced during their time at Lindsey. Not only can alumni reconnect with how impactful service can be, but current students can serve alongside alumni and learn from the wisdom alums have to offer."
