The judging is complete after much debate back and forth but the verdicts are:
- First Place, $100, goes to #29 - First and Farmers National Bank
- Second Place, $75, goes to #30 - Dollhouse Day Care
- Third Place, $25, goes to #6 - Grant Chiropractic.
Although there is no cash prize, Honorable Mention goes to # 50 Adair County Regional Jail and to #11 -William's Furniture. And of course, the People's Choice Award, $25, goes to # 8 - Bloomington Chapel.

On behalf of the Adair Heritage Association, we greatly appreciate each and every Squarecrow and each person, group, business and organization that helped our square come to life! They'll be on display until Treats on the Town, Halloween night, to help with the ambience and excitement of that night.

After that, we ask that each Squarecrow be removed until next year.

They and the Story Walk are providing lots of fun and brought many visitors into our town to enjoy the wonderful community that we call home! - Ellen
