- 01:00pmCT - Traffic detours for through traffic set up/at Reed Street/Jamestown Street; at Cambellsville Street at Merchant/N Reed Street; at High Street & Greensburg Street, and at Fortune Street & Reed Street by Columbia City Police (Vendors may drive onto Square to set up booths, per Jada Coomer)
- 04:00pmCT - Vendor Booths open around Square, on Campbellsville, Greensburg, and Burkesville Streets. Fox Amusement Rides are open Municipal Parking Lot bordered by E Fortune and South Reed.
- 05:00pmCT - Kiddie Train Rides, Board Downtown
- 06:00pmCT - Beauty Pageant, Downtown, Jamestown Street Side of Square - 06:00pmCT - Cumberland Thunder (Gospel), Main Stage in front of Adair Annex, 424 Public Square
- 07:30pmCT - The Stampede Family Band (Rock 'n Roll) Main Stage
