Clinton County Deputy Jailer arrested

Arrest is the result of an ongoing probe into contraband being introduced into a secure facility.
Note: Charges/allegations are not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by law enforcement is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

ALBANY, KY - (18 Sep 2017) - 50-year-old Tony Denney, of Albany, KY, was arrested on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at 5:06pmCT, and charged with Official Misconduct and Promoting Contraband.



Denney is a Clinton County Deputy Jailer and the arrest is the result of an ongoing probe into contraband being introduced into a secure facility.

If anyone has any information regarding this investigation, please contact Post 15 in Columbia at 1-800-222-5555. Benney was lodged in the Clinton County Jail. Tpr. Jason Warinner is investigating.
