Clinton County Deputy Jailer arrested Arrest is the result of an ongoing probe into contraband being introduced into a secure facility. Note: Charges/allegations are not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by law enforcement is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding. By TFC Willaim R. Gregory, Public Information Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY ALBANY, KY - (18 Sep 2017) - 50-year-old Tony Denney, of Albany, KY, was arrested on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at 5:06pmCT, and charged with Official Misconduct and Promoting Contraband. Denney is a Clinton County Deputy Jailer and the arrest is the result of an ongoing probe into contraband being introduced into a secure facility. If anyone has any information regarding this investigation, please contact Post 15 in Columbia at 1-800-222-5555. Benney was lodged in the Clinton County Jail. Tpr. Jason Warinner is investigating.
