By Ellen Zornes, President, Adair County Retired Teachers Association

The Adair County Retired Teachers' Association will be having its Fall meeting on Tuesday, September 19, 11amCT, at Anderson's, 1411 Campbellsville Road, Columbia, KY. We invite any retired teacher, regardless of where you taught, to join us. This will be a very important meeting as we will be updated on our pension crisis and will honor new retirees. Also our local membership dues of $10 can be paid at this meeting and remember to bring school supplies for our Family Resource Youth Services Centers, canned goods for the Food Pantry or JOY Ministries and a fall item if last name A-O or Christmas item if P-Z for our Downtown Days Raffle Baskets. Thanks, and we hope to see you there! - Ellen Zornes
