She was a native of Almont, MI and a resident Campbellsville, KY, at the time of her death. She was the daughter of Glenn & Florence Theimkey Church, and the widow of John Nathan Whitehead.

Mrs. Alicia Pearle Whitehead, 74, of Campbellsville, KY, departed this life on Saturday, September, 9, 2017 in Louisville at the Hosparus Inpatient Care Center.

A memorial service for Mrs. Alicia Pearle Whitehead will be conducted at a later date in Michigan.

Mrs. Alicia Pearle Whitehead was the the daughter of the late Glenn & Florence Theimkey Church. She was born Friday, November 13, 1942 in Almont, MI. She died Saturday, September, 9, 2017 in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, at the age of 74 years, nine months and 28 days.

She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Whitehead is survived by:
    a son and two daughters: Shawn Whithead, Shari Whitehead and Sharlet Whitehead and a chosen son: Stephen Sushynsky all of Campbellsville, KY
  • Three grandsons: Ryan Schultz Whitehead, Shane Whitehead and Logan Whitehead all of Michigan

  • And host of other relatives and friends
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Nathan Whitehead on December 22, 2008.
