7-County area in path of Harvey Flooding, severe weather risk 6:58amCT update: It's been raining throughout the night. Sandy Ford, at County Line Diner in Coburg cautions drivers to watch for pooling on the roadway, and to be aware that visibility is lower this morning on the Heartland Parkway. The National Weather Service in Louisville has issued a Harvey Flooding Severe Weather Risk report for 3amCT/4amET, Friday, September 1, 2017 through Saturday morning for a wide area of South Central Indiana and Central Kentucky, which includes the CM 7-County area of Adair, Casey, Cumberland, Green, Metcalfe, Russell and Taylor Counties.
