Two Russell Co., KY, men face drug offense allegations

Adair County Sheriff's Office Deputies Justin Cross and Joe Keith are investigatin the incident.
Note: Charges/allegations are not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by law enforcement is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

From Adair County Sheriff's Office, Harrison Moss, Sheriff

On Thursday, August 17, 2017 a traffic stop led to two arrests:



- 24 year old Nicole Longino-Teodoro of Jamestown, KY was arrested on charges of Failure to register motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol 1st offense, no or expired registration plates and failure to maintain insurance.
- 36 year old Andrew Gaskin of Jamestown, KY was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree, Possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree; and tampering with physical evidence.

Both were lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail, Columbia, KY

Deputy Justin Cross and Deputy Joey Keith are investigating the incident.
