Charles Marshburn: Prefers weeds to trash along roadsides By Charles Marshburn Personal Commentary Personally, I prefer the weeds to the trash along side the road. The tractors uncover a lot of garbage and I presume it is illegally dumped. I know those unfortunate folks who live on 704 get tired of picking up the trash that others throw out of their vehicles as they pass.
