Ralph Waggener: Likes Doug Beard's banner idea About: Doug Beard offers splendid suggestion on an FM 2 murals By Ralph Waggener Doug Beard's ideas seem like great ones! About the building side of the parking lot where the Farmers Market on the Square is now: I talked to CJE Mike Stephens about a year ago about hanging banners on the building. He wanted to do it, but nothing happened at the time. The Silo at LWC and something on Green River Lake was talked about, as well. I offered to do the big banners at cost, if he would get the building owner to agree. - Ralph Waggener, Trifecta Printing, 426 Wain Street, Columbia, KY This story was posted on 2017-06-04 22:51:07
