Sad word of the passing of Creed Lacy, 82, Fairplay, KY

The sad word of the passing of Creed Lacy, who among other things, became an icon in Adair County as the epitomy of a great school bus driver. He was 83. He was a resident of the Fairplay community of Adair County, KY. His wife, Willa Lacy, survives.

Mr. Lacy died Saturday afternoon at TJ Health/Columbia Emerency Room. A complete obituary will be posted here when available from Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, Columbia, KY, sometime Monday, April 17, 2017, according to David Martin. Mr. Lacy was one of the most well know citizens of Adair County, and much has been written about him.
