Mr. Robert Allan Hawkins, Adair County, KY (1983-2017)

His engaging personality and love of furry friends served him well as a pet groomer. "We are weary, yet so aware", a favorite saying of his, denoted a glimmering mind full of deep thoughts and unpublished novels, and his love for his family and friends will forever be cherished. His wife, Chelsea Hawkins, Columbia, survives. He leaves one direct and two step living descendants.

Mr. Robert Allan Hawkins of Columbia was born on June 5, 1983 and departed this life on Monday, April 3, 2017 at his home. Visitation will be held 5pm-7pmCT/6pm-8pmET, Friday, April 7, 2017 in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1765 New Columbia Road, Campbellsville, KY. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mr. Robert Allan Hawkins of Columbia was born on June 5, 1983. He died Monday, April 3, 2017, in Columbia, Adair County, KY, at the age of 33 years, 9 months, and 29 days of age.

His engaging personality and love of furry friends served him well as a pet groomer. "We are weary, yet so aware", a favorite saying of his, denoted a glimmering mind full of deep thoughts and unpublished novels, and his love for his family and friends will forever be cherished.

He is survived by:
  • His wife: Chelsea Hawkins of Columbia, KY

  • One daughter: Enora Hawkins

  • Two step-children: Jake and Molly Oaks

  • His mother: Joyce Back of Campbellsville, KY

  • One brother: David Hawkins of Campbellsville, KY

  • And a host of other family and close friends.
