He died Friday, March 31, 2017, in Burkesville, Cumberland County, KY, at the age of 65 years, eight months, and 11 days. He was a retired employee of Gohmann Asphalt and Construction in Clarksville, IN. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister, Reba Beaty. Survivors include:
