Susan Wheeler Galloway, age 65, of Liberty, KY passed away on Friday January 27, 2017 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. She was born in Liberty, KY on October 24, 1951 a daughter of the Raymond Russell Wheeler and Minnalee Bartle Wheeler.

Funeral Services will be held at 1pmCT/2pmET, on Tuesday January 31, 2017 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel, 142 KY Hwy 49, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Hershel Lawhorn officiating. Burial will be in the Glenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held 5pm-8pmCT/6pm-9pmET, Monday January 30, 2017 and after 7amCT/8amET, Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel.

Susan Wheeler Galloway was born in Liberty, Casey County, KY on October 24, 1951 a daughter of the late Raymond Russell Wheeler & Minnalee Bartle Wheeler. He died Friday January 27, 2017, in Danville, Boyle County, KY, at the age of 65 years, three months, and three days.

Susan was a former employee of Liberty Sportswear and OshKosh B'Gosh.

Survivors include:
  • Her spouse: Jimmy K. Galloway Sr.

  • One son: Larry Paul and (Crystal) Malone of Liberty, KY

  • Three step children: Jimmy K. Galloway Jr of West Liberty, KY; Brandon C. and (Karen) Galloway of Myrtle Beach, SC; and Natasha Dawn Galloway of Brodhead, KY

  • Three grandchildren: Natasha Malone, Cheyenne Malone and Michaela Cooper all of Liberty, KY

  • Several step grandchildren

  • One great grandchild: Bailey Smith of Liberty, KY

  • One step great grandchild

  • Two brothers: John D and (Donna) Wheeler of Gravel Switch, KY; and Jim Bartle of Oklahoma
Besides her parents Susan was preceded in death by one brother, Charles D. Wheeler.
