Fiscal Court 11 Oct 2016: Links to all reports By Ed Waggener Adair County Treasurer Melinda Quinn reported an August 31, 2016 Reconciled Cash Balance of $1,987,919.20 in all Adair County funds. The motion to receive the report was accepted unanimously following a motion by Billy Dean Coffey (District 5), with a Second by Greg Caldwell (6), and Magistrates Harold Burton (1), Sammy Baker (3), Perry Reeder (4), Terry Hadley (7) and CJE Mike Stephens affirming. The court also unanimously approved a budget amendment requested by Treasurer Quinn, and pre-approved Budget Transfers which might be needed in the coming month.
