Where in the World Is It: Elbow Tree beside the road???

2016-02-21 - ??? - Photo ???.
It's growing beside a well-travelled road within one of these counties: Russell, Metcalfe, Green, Cumberland, Casey, Adair or Taylor Counties. It is so unusual that anyone who shares just a fraction of Billy Joe Fudge's eye for the observance and nuance, would readily recognize it and might have a name for it, such as "Elbow" tree, or the "Sitting Tree," though the latter would have been from years ago, as evidence by the moss which wouldn't be there if it where safe for a row of up to a half-dozen or more little ones were sitting on the horizontal elbow. If you know where it is, send your answer to CM using the Comments button below the photo. - CM
Not yet answered after being online for over six months, as of 16 Sep 2016. NEW CLUE: OK, it's in Russell County. East of Russell Springs.

Guesses in order of receipt:

There's only a few hints. 1) It cost less than $12.00, and this isn't the whole meal. 2) The blue item is the water glass. and 3) They do chicken livers and gravy right. 4) It is not a Golden Corral plate. All we'll tell you is that it is in Kentucky. You tell us where and give favorable critique. Answer using the "Comments" button with this photo. CLUE: It's in the same county as Purgatory Hollow.
