Power outage reported following Storm of 27 Aug 2016 Outages affect dairy output Fred Rowe of Rowe Farms reports that even with the tree damage on Keltner Road, the cows at Rowe Farms continued outstanding production, he wrote in answer to a question about how storms might traumatize his otherwise contented herd and cause a dip in production. Less milk would be produced, he wrote, "Only if the power is out and messes up their schedule. Russell Guy says since our 'lectric comes from Garlin, we didn't have any problems.
