Betty Jean Bottoms, age 74, of Campbellsville died Sunday, August 14, 2016 at Taylor Regional Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10amCT/11amET, Thursday, August 18, 2016, at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home, 503 E Main Street, Campbellsville, KY, with Bro. Steve Wagers officiating. Burial will follow in the Callahan Cemetery, Feathersburg, Adair County, KY. Serving as pallbearers are Brian Peake, Jared Peake, Kevin Mings, Blake Gabehart, Justin Gabehart, Zack Bottoms and Lane Bottoms. The family requests visitation from 8am-10amCT/9am-11amET, Thursday prior to the funeral service at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home.



Betty had attended Stoner Creek Methodist Church, was a former resident of Jackson Tower and had resided at The Grandview for the past four years.

She is survived by:
  • A nephew: Adam Bottom and his wife, Kecia of Elk Horn, KY

  • A sister: Marcella Cox of Campbellsville, KY

  • Her caregiver: Janet Peake

  • Extended family: Harold and Judy Gabehart, the late Lucy Mings

  • And several other cousins and friends.
